1What this clause covers

This clause records how a tool's terms handle infringement. 12 describe a notice-and-takedown route, 6 prohibit infringing uploads without setting out a route, and 3 state that repeat infringers are removed.

Takedown runs the other way from the warranty: it is how a rights holder complains about something you uploaded. Where repeat infringers are removed, notices add up, and an account can be closed together with the projects in it.
