1Where the terms differ

CapCut's terms cover deletion, where Runway's terms read are silent. Runway's terms cover training use and visibility, where CapCut's terms read are silent. On rights warranties the two agree: you warrant you hold the rights. On licences the two agree: perpetual and transferable. On infringement handling, CapCut reads “a notice-and-takedown route” and Runway reads “infringing uploads prohibited”.

For a text still under option or unpublished, the training and licence rows carry the most weight.
