1Where the terms differ

Descript's terms cover visibility, where invideo's terms read are silent. invideo's terms cover licences, where Descript's terms read are silent. On rights warranties the two agree: you warrant you hold the rights. On training use, Descript reads “may be used for training” and invideo reads “kept out of training”. On infringement handling, Descript reads “repeat infringers removed” and invideo reads “a notice-and-takedown route”. Neither set of terms states deletion.

For a public-domain text, the warranty is easier to give; the licence and training rows still decide what the tool may keep.
