1Where the terms differ

Kling AI's terms cover deletion, where MagicLight's terms read are silent. On rights warranties, Kling AI reads “you are responsible for your content” and MagicLight reads “you warrant you hold the rights”. On infringement handling, Kling AI reads “infringing uploads prohibited” and MagicLight reads “repeat infringers removed”. Neither set of terms states licences, training use or visibility.

For a public-domain text, the warranty is easier to give; the licence and training rows still decide what the tool may keep.
