Higgsfield's terms ask users to represent that they hold all rights needed to grant the licences the terms describe, and apply those licences to inputs and outputs. Content, inputs and outputs may be used to train its models, except for enterprise customers under separate agreements. Infringement notices go to a named copyright agent. After an account is deleted, content and outputs are kept for 30 days so the account can be restored.
