1Where the terms differ

Vidu's terms cover licences and training use, where MagicLight's terms read are silent. On rights warranties, MagicLight reads “you warrant you hold the rights” and Vidu reads “you are responsible for your content”. On infringement handling, MagicLight reads “repeat infringers removed” and Vidu reads “a notice-and-takedown route”. Neither set of terms states visibility or deletion.

Which set suits a project depends on the book: an out-of-copyright classic asks different questions from an unpublished manuscript.
