1Where the terms differ

Topview's terms cover visibility and deletion, where invideo's terms read are silent. On rights warranties, invideo reads “you warrant you hold the rights” and Topview reads “you are responsible for your content”. On licences, invideo reads “limited to running the service” and Topview reads “limited and non-transferable”. On training use, invideo reads “kept out of training” and Topview reads “used unless you opt out”. On infringement handling, invideo reads “a notice-and-takedown route” and Topview reads “infringing uploads prohibited”.

For a public-domain text, the warranty is easier to give; the licence and training rows still decide what the tool may keep.
