1Where the terms differ

CapCut's terms cover rights warranties, where Pika's terms read are silent. Pika's terms cover visibility, where CapCut's terms read are silent. On licences, CapCut reads “perpetual and transferable” and Pika reads “worldwide, transferable and sublicensable”. On infringement handling the two agree: a notice-and-takedown route. On deletion, CapCut reads “deleted with the account” and Pika reads “kept only within plan or storage limits”. Neither set of terms states training use.

Which set suits a project depends on the book: an out-of-copyright classic asks different questions from an unpublished manuscript.
