1Where the terms differ

CapCut's terms cover rights warranties and infringement handling, where Krikey AI's terms read are silent. Krikey AI's terms cover training use, where CapCut's terms read are silent. On licences, CapCut reads “perpetual and transferable” and Krikey AI reads “worldwide, transferable and sublicensable”. On deletion, CapCut reads “deleted with the account” and Krikey AI reads “kept after deletion, in some form”. Neither set of terms states visibility.

For a text still under option or unpublished, the training and licence rows carry the most weight.
