1Where the terms differ

Descript's terms cover training use and visibility, where Revid's terms read are silent. On rights warranties, Descript reads “you warrant you hold the rights” and Revid reads “you are responsible for your content”. On infringement handling, Descript reads “repeat infringers removed” and Revid reads “infringing uploads prohibited”. Neither set of terms states licences or deletion.

Which set suits a project depends on the book: an out-of-copyright classic asks different questions from an unpublished manuscript.
