Which AI video tools take a lasting licence to uploads?

Runway, OpenArt, CapCut, Vidu, Story.com and Hedra take perpetual licences, most of them transferable. Luma's licence over paid input is irrevocable; HeyGen's, Fliki's and PopShort's cover improving and promoting their services. invideo, Krea, Pictory, Vyond and SceneMixer limit theirs to running the service. A lasting licence survives the account. If the terms do not tie it to the life of the project, deleting the project does not end it.

Transferable means the licence can follow the company if it is sold.
