Read the training clause for unpublished work
For a manuscript or a script under option, the training clause matters more than any other. invideo states user data will not train its models; Topview uses content by default unless the user opts out; HeyGen's licence includes training. As of 2026-09-25.
The difference is between a tool that processes a text and one that may learn from it.
Where the terms read say nothing, look for a separate privacy or data policy before uploading.
Opting out, where it is offered, is best done before the first upload, not after.
SceneMixer's terms keep uploads out of training unless the user separately consents.
