1Where the terms differ

Descript's terms cover visibility, where HeyGen's terms read are silent. HeyGen's terms cover licences, where Descript's terms read are silent. On rights warranties the two agree: you warrant you hold the rights. On training use the two agree: may be used for training. On infringement handling, Descript reads “repeat infringers removed” and HeyGen reads “infringing uploads prohibited”. Neither set of terms states deletion.

For a text still under option or unpublished, the training and licence rows carry the most weight.
