1Where the terms differ

Runway's terms cover rights warranties, infringement handling and visibility, where Vyond's terms read are silent. On licences, Runway reads “perpetual and transferable” and Vyond reads “limited to running the service”. On training use, Runway reads “may be used for training” and Vyond reads “kept out of training”. Neither set of terms states deletion.

For a public-domain text, the warranty is easier to give; the licence and training rows still decide what the tool may keep.
