Inclusion rule. The six clauses every tool on the register is read for. Order. The order clauses take on every tool page.

1Where the terms differ

Fliki's terms cover licences, where Revid's terms read are silent. On rights warranties, Fliki reads “you warrant you hold the rights” and Revid reads “you are responsible for your content”. On infringement handling, Fliki reads “a notice-and-takedown route” and Revid reads “infringing uploads prohibited”. Neither set of terms states training use, visibility or deletion.

For a public-domain text, the warranty is easier to give; the licence and training rows still decide what the tool may keep.
