1Where the terms differ

Kling AI's terms cover deletion, where Runway's terms read are silent. Runway's terms cover licences, training use and visibility, where Kling AI's terms read are silent. On rights warranties, Kling AI reads “you are responsible for your content” and Runway reads “you warrant you hold the rights”. On infringement handling the two agree: infringing uploads prohibited.

Which set suits a project depends on the book: an out-of-copyright classic asks different questions from an unpublished manuscript.
