1Where the terms differ

OpenArt's terms cover licences, where Kling AI's terms read are silent. On rights warranties, Kling AI reads “you are responsible for your content” and OpenArt reads “you warrant you hold the rights”. On infringement handling, Kling AI reads “infringing uploads prohibited” and OpenArt reads “a notice-and-takedown route”. On deletion, Kling AI reads “deleted with the account” and OpenArt reads “kept only within plan or storage limits”. Neither set of terms states training use or visibility.

Which set suits a project depends on the book: an out-of-copyright classic asks different questions from an unpublished manuscript.
