1Where the terms differ

Animaker's terms cover rights warranties, where PopShort's terms read are silent. On licences, Animaker reads “worldwide, transferable and sublicensable” and PopShort reads “broad, including improvement”. On infringement handling, Animaker reads “a notice-and-takedown route” and PopShort reads “infringing uploads prohibited”. Neither set of terms states training use, visibility or deletion.

For a public-domain text, the warranty is easier to give; the licence and training rows still decide what the tool may keep.
