Uploading to Topview: training by default, with an opt-out

Topview's terms state all six upload clauses. Rights you promise to hold: Topview disclaims responsibility for the legality of uploads; users answer for them. Licence you grant the tool: a limited, non-transferable licence to host, process and display content. Uploads used for training: content used by default to train its models unless you opt out. As of 2026-09-25.

Topview's terms put responsibility for uploads on the user, stating that Topview is not responsible for the legality of user-uploaded content, and prohibit infringing content. Users grant a limited licence to host and process their content; separately, content is used by default to train Topview's models unless the user opts out. Content is public only where the user shares it, and deleted items leave production systems within 30 days and backups within 90.

TopView is not responsible for the legality and compliance of user-uploaded content.
