1Where the terms differ

Higgsfield's terms cover deletion, where Vidu's terms read are silent. On rights warranties, Higgsfield reads “you warrant you hold the rights” and Vidu reads “you are responsible for your content”. On licences, Higgsfield reads “broad, including improvement” and Vidu reads “perpetual and transferable”. On training use the two agree: may be used for training. On infringement handling the two agree: a notice-and-takedown route. Neither set of terms states visibility.

For a public-domain text, the warranty is easier to give; the licence and training rows still decide what the tool may keep.
