1Where the terms differ

Higgsfield's terms cover training use, where Krea's terms read are silent. Krea's terms cover visibility, where Higgsfield's terms read are silent. On rights warranties the two agree: you warrant you hold the rights. On licences, Higgsfield reads “broad, including improvement” and Krea reads “limited to running the service”. On infringement handling the two agree: a notice-and-takedown route. On deletion, Higgsfield reads “kept for a set period, then deleted” and Krea reads “deleted with the account”.

Which set suits a project depends on the book: an out-of-copyright classic asks different questions from an unpublished manuscript.
