1Where the terms differ

Higgsfield's terms cover licences and training use, where Kling AI's terms read are silent. On rights warranties, Higgsfield reads “you warrant you hold the rights” and Kling AI reads “you are responsible for your content”. On infringement handling, Higgsfield reads “a notice-and-takedown route” and Kling AI reads “infringing uploads prohibited”. On deletion, Higgsfield reads “kept for a set period, then deleted” and Kling AI reads “deleted with the account”. Neither set of terms states visibility.

For a text still under option or unpublished, the training and licence rows carry the most weight.
