1Where the terms differ

Pika's terms cover visibility and deletion, where PopShort's terms read are silent. On licences, Pika reads “worldwide, transferable and sublicensable” and PopShort reads “broad, including improvement”. On infringement handling, Pika reads “a notice-and-takedown route” and PopShort reads “infringing uploads prohibited”. Neither set of terms states rights warranties or training use.

Which set suits a project depends on the book: an out-of-copyright classic asks different questions from an unpublished manuscript.
