1Where the terms differ

invideo's terms cover rights warranties, where Pictory's terms read are silent. On licences the two agree: limited to running the service. On training use, invideo reads “kept out of training” and Pictory reads “used in aggregate to improve the service”. On infringement handling, invideo reads “a notice-and-takedown route” and Pictory reads “repeat infringers removed”. Neither set of terms states visibility or deletion.

For a text still under option or unpublished, the training and licence rows carry the most weight.
