1Where the terms differ

Runway's terms cover training use and visibility, where Fliki's terms read are silent. On rights warranties the two agree: you warrant you hold the rights. On licences, Fliki reads “broad, including improvement” and Runway reads “perpetual and transferable”. On infringement handling, Fliki reads “a notice-and-takedown route” and Runway reads “infringing uploads prohibited”. Neither set of terms states deletion.

For a text still under option or unpublished, the training and licence rows carry the most weight.
