Krikey AI's terms cover deletion, where Vyond's terms read are silent. On licences, Krikey AI reads “worldwide, transferable and sublicensable” and Vyond reads “limited to running the service”. On training use, Krikey AI reads “may be used for training” and Vyond reads “kept out of training”. Neither set of terms states rights warranties, infringement handling or visibility.

For a text still under option or unpublished, the training and licence rows carry the most weight.
